As you may, or may not know, Tuesday, 23rd October is the Cape Town leg of the 2nd Annual iPhoneography Exhibition. The exhibition is being held at Roodebloem Studios, 43 Roodebloem Road, Woodstock and kicks off at 6pm. I’m so stoked that one of my images made it through, to tell you the truth, I couldn’t believe it. There are some incredible images on display, including work by the very talented Robyn Silverstone. Hope to see you there! Ps If you can’t make it to Roodebloem Studios, the pieces are going to be moved to the Waterfront iStore, so be sure […]

They’ve come up with some interesting concepts, including this stunning Bamboo Time Piece from Bamboo Revolution. […]
In 1999, this newborn gorilla called Yankini got a check-up from his doctor. He was surprised at how cold the stethoscope was and a photographer was able to capture the moment. It’s doing the rounds on the Internet at the momement and frankly, is this not the cutest thing you’ve ever seen? Made my day. Who needs snow? I’ve got this baby gorilla to look at. (Hat tip to @Tash for this)
There have been some beautiful, breathtaking and feel-good pictures thanks to the snowfall in and around Joburg today. But this is hands down the best of the lot. Major hat tip to Lorna Fuller, who appears to have captured this incredible image of one of the lions at the Joburg Zoo. I love living in South Africa.
