Dear Freelance Models:
EAT. Please.
Eating is a prerequisite to living. Don’t go thinking you are special and this doesn’t apply to you.

If you don’t eat properly you will turn into a raving, shivering, hallucinating, blood-sugar deprived lunatic. You will behave as though you have P.M.S all the time (even if you are a guy) and some of you will die. Dead as a doornail.

If someone sells you starvation, don’t you buy it.  You go buy yourself a sandwich and a gym contract instead.
